"Every Right Has its Responsibilities"

message from the founder/Director, Franklin Joe Rogers

As a product of a firm and disciplined African upbringing, I am always conscious of my behaviour towards others and my surroundings. I strongly believe in being aware and accountable for my actions and inactions. Additionally, as a father of three children – two boys named Godson and Victory Rogers, and their eldest sister Jessica – I constantly reflect on how they conduct themselves in society and how society treats them. It is my hope that they continue to show respect for everyone they encounter in any community they find themselves.

With these concerns in mind, I strongly feel it is appropriate to personally contribute to societies, starting with the UK. I will raise awareness and promote accountability through discussion programs held in town halls, churches, mosques, and temples, wherever people can gather.

Who We Are - CITIZENS AWARENESS AND ACCOUNTABILITY FORUM

Event @ Burgess Park

Mission

The Citizens Awareness and Accountability Forum (CAAF) LTD is deeply concerned and troubled by the rise of anti-social behaviours exhibited by school-going children in various public transportation systems such as buses, trains, and trams. Moreover, the alarming issue has even extended to within the school premises itself, particularly in classrooms, as well as on the streets when these young students are off from school. This alarming trend of anti-social behaviours among school children has become a matter of serious concern for both CAAF and the wider community. It is essential to address this issue promptly to ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all individuals involved, including the students themselves and the public. To combat this growing problem, it is crucial to understand the underlying causes behind such behaviours. Many factors can contribute to the manifestation of anti-social behaviours in school children.
